What's Open, What's Closed on Thanksgiving
Kmart in Somerville will be open, and the MBTA operates on a Sunday schedule.
Most things are closed on Thanksgiving. Here's a list:
City offices: Closed
Library: Closed
Schools: Closed
Retail stores: Closed, but Kmart is open, according to its website.
Supermarkets: Closed
Banks: Closed
Post offices: Closed
Trash, recycling, yard waste: Thursday and Friday pickups will be delayed by one day.
