Pal Dan Gum Intro in the Garden

The second in our series of participatory learning/sharing on self care techniques in a natural setting. Lisa Brukilacchio will lead a group through this short series of exercises known as the “eight silken movements”, originally from China and Korea. These simple but effective and enjoyable exercises are used traditionally to promote vibrant health, to release tension and energize the body.
