Foundry on Elm Hosts First New England-Inspired Luau Brunch

Davis Square's Foundry on Elm invites students and locals to kick back and enjoy a New England-style Luau to celebrate back to school with suckling pigs, tasty sides and local drink specials on Sunday, September 22nd. Guests will enjoy a whole Berkshire Black Pig from Maine, carved fresh for each order, as well as an array of mouthwatering, New England-y sides, served buffet style.  Guests are encouraged to wear their own Hawaiian shirt, grass skirts and beachy duds while rocking out to some Dick Dale and Don Ho tunes.  Cape Ann’s Toasted Lager ($3 per brew) and specialty cocktails ($3 each) will round out the back-to-school bash.

Speciality cocktails include Lalani's Temple, a mimosa with a touch of tiki, and the Voodoo Tattoo, a Polynesian Bloody Mary.
