A fundraiser event in support of Somerville-based free community meal program Hearty Meals for All. The event will feature a screening of the 2013 documentary film “A Place at the Table” and will be followed by a panel discussion addressing food insecurity with cross-sector leaders in the community, including Alderman Rebekah Gewirtz, Board of Alderman Ward 6.
The evening will conclude with a cocktail reception and live musical guests featuring McJoy (Baritone saxophone and ukulele). Proceeds will support Hearty Meals for All (HMFA). To learn more about HMFA visit www.heartymealsforall.org.
