"Fierce Green Fire" Screening and Director Q&A

The Friends of the Growing Center with Somerville Climate Action and Rep Denise Provost, SCATV, Groundwork Somerville and Kesher Center for Jewish Learning and Culture are proud to present a Somerville screening of "Fierce Green Fire", a documentary on the environmental movement in the US on August 3rd, starting at 7:30pm at the Growing Center at 22 Vinal Ave (rain location at Kesher Center 55 Kent St) . As a special treat,  the director of this film, Mark Kitchell, brother of one of our active volunteers, will join us for Q&A from the audience!

The film runs 101 minutes, has stunning archival footage, and is an important lesson in this important chapter of US history. Learn more about it at:
