Talented Boston Area Singers Perform for Schools

Chick Singer Night (CSN) Boston is partnering with the legendary Johnny D’s in Somerville, MA to host a talent showcase highlighting female singers/songwriters.  The upcoming all-ages show on Saturday, November 17th will feature established and emerging female talent including Kyra Koman of Winchester, Colleen Nicholas of Arlington,  Barbara Alex of Marblehead, Krista Angelucci of Billerica, Kelly Riley of Lynn, and The Cranks with band members Haley and Connor Gowland of Dunstable and Alex Markoski of Westford.  In keeping with our non-discriminatory tradition, we welcome our special guest Ira Bernstein of Lexington as our “Are You Man Enough” feature.

Director Jennifer Truesdale of Arlington and Co-DirectorMarcia Macres of Westford, both local musicians and music business owners, manage the Boston chapter of CSN.

Come join us for a great all-ages talent showcase fundraiser event filled with fantastic music, food, and exciting raffle items (including a Yamaha acoustic guitar package, $250 gift card from Guitar Center, music lessons, and more) all for a good cause - to support female artists and to benefit music in local schools!

$10 cash cover - all proceeds go to benefit music in schools programs.  Don't forget to bring extra cash for raffle tickets.

We thank our generous sponsors for their donations to our raffle and for their support. Our sponsors include: Guitar Center of Boston, The Real School of Music & Yamaha, Jeannie Deva Voice Studios, Get Paid To Sing-The Singers Guide to Making a Living Making Music, Brogan Construction, Design 1 Kitchen and Bath and Riley & Associates.
