No cancer education, no hope. Know Cancer Research Simplified, know hope!TM

Bicycle riders of all ages and abilities - are you ready to ride the Minuteman Bikeway with us?

A healthy lifestyle is significant in cancer prevention, especially for lung, breast, and colorectal cancers. Riding a bike can be a very effective cardiovascular benefit— 130-pound person can burn about 470 calories an hour biking at a moderate pace—plus, being out on your bike is just a lot of FUN.

On Sunday May 18th, make a difference, ride with Cancer Research Simplified!

Please bring with you sunscreen lotion, plenty of water and your own lunch or if you prefer you can buy your lunch at a diner in Concord, where we will stop at the end of the tour before biking back to Somerville.

Suggested donation for this trip is $15. RSVP is required (by Friday, May 16th). To signup and to donate, go to our secure Paypal page, where you have the option to easily donate with your credit card. Please consider donating to CRS for as much as you can. http://www.cancerresearchsimplified.org/donate.html
