Basque language classes in the Somerville area

As part of its efforts to foster and promote Basque culture in the New England region, the Rhode Island Basque Club (RIBC) will organize a Basque language course in the Greater Boston area starting at the end of January. The purpose is to serve some of its members that live in Massachusetts and to attract other people interested in the rich and not well known culture of the Basque Country.

The course, free and open to all ages, will be held on Saturdays at the Robbins Library in Arlington (700 Massachusetts Ave, MA 02476) from January 25th to June 23rd. The classes will run weekly 10.30 am to 12.00 pm at the Robbins Conference Room. Students are required  to pre-register by email at sotelo.newhall@gmail.com.

The RIBC, based in Newport, RI, is member of the North America Association Of Basque Organizations (NABO).
