*The Boston Figurative Art Center (BFAC), headquartered at the Vernon Street Studios in Somerville, is a group dedicated to promoting figurative art in the Boston Area, and to providing a community where figurative artists can meet, talk, and work together.  We would like to help create a context for figure artists that we feel is lacking in the area, and by coming together foster a more visible figurative art presence in Boston.

The BFAC holds an ongoing group of weekly drawing/painting sessions, each with a different feel and location.  There is a fee for drawing and painting with us, and you can become a member of the BFAC by paying per month, which entitles you to lower cost drawing and painting sessions and events. Please visit our website at http://www.damonlehrer.com/figurativeartcenter/ for more information and to see what is currently scheduled on their calendar.
