Art Exhibit at Somerville Council on Aging

Portraits of Somerville Seniors on View at Somerville Council on Aging

Local artist Nancy Hall Brooks will exhibit a series of 9 portraits of
seniors at the Council on Aging, 167 Holland Street, Somerville, MA, from
January 28 – February 21.  Hours:
M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The show, entitled Reflections: portraits of seniors in images and words, will highlight the vitality of the mix of
older adults who participate in programs at Council of Aging centers in Somerville. Brooks has been awarded a
Local Cultural Council Artist Fellowship Grant for 2013 by the Somerville Arts
Council.  This program is supported
in part by the Somerville Arts Council, a local agency supported by the
Massachusetts Cultural Council.
