The Somerville Dog Festival took place Sept. 16 at Trum Field.
It included a demonstration by Max, Somerville's police K9, and his handler, Officer Jon Tam.
There were also "try it" activities for owners and their dogs, a doggie fashion show and demonstrations of Frisbee-catching and agility.
