'Ask This Old House' to Air Somerville Project

The home-improvement crew repaired a cracked floor joist at a home near Magoun Square, according to Somerville Beat.

"Ask This Old House," the PBS home improvement show, will air an episode in early January that features a home in Somerville, according to Somerville Beat.

Somerville Beat says the New England home-building gurus shot a segment, called "repairing a cracked floor joist," a few months ago at a 100-year-old home near Magoun Square. The segment will air at various times, depending on your cable company, over the next several days.
