Projected Open Dates for 32 New Assembly Row Businesses, Restaurants

The new $1.5 billion Somerville development will have 23 outlet retailers, seven dining options and two entertainment attractions open by this fall.

It’s “Grand Opening Season” at Somerville’s Assembly Row.

By the end of September, the new $1.5 billion development is expected to have 23 outlet retailers, seven dining options and two entertainment attractions open. Ten more tenants are set to be up and running by Black Friday in November.

In addition to 400,000 square feet of retail space, the development will also have 2,100 residential units, 1.75 million square feet of office space and a new MBTA stop once complete.
