Somerville, MA— September 16, 2013  Middlesex Federal Savings is proud to announce the appointment of  a highly respected and well known industry executive, Peter Bazzinotti as   Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer. Mr. Bazzinotti brings a wealth of experience and talent to his new position. He has over thirty years experience in the banking industry with special emphasis in CRE and C&I lending, enterprise risk management and real estate investment. “Peter comes to us with a varied and extensive background in commercial lending, and is someone who is familiar with and truly understands the needs and requirements of the greater Boston real estate market and business community” stated Middlesex Federal Savings President and CEO, John R Wiseman III.

Mr. Bazzinotti has a proven track record in banking that underscores his ability to conceptualize and implement new business strategies, manage a variety of CRE and C&I accounts and structure a lending department that is responsive, efficient and customer oriented. 

Bazzinotti’s banking career spans over 30 years across several metro area Boston banks. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Stoneham Savings Bank/Salem Five, Stoneham, MA, where he was intimately involved in reshaping and redefining the bank’s loan portfolio, lending culture, and strategic plan. Prior to that, he enjoyed highly successful 14 year tenure with Eastern bank as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate.

Bazzinotti received his bachelor’s degree in business administration for management and finance from the University of Lowell, Lowell, MA., and is a long time resident of Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
