Last Chance: Union Square's Swirl & Slice Market on Thursday

The wine and cheese market is ending the season in style on Sept. 20.

If you never got the chance to check out Union Square's Swirl & Slice, a wine, cheese and specialty food market held Thursday nights, this week is your last chance to visit.

Another reason to visit is that Swirl & Slice is ending the season in style, with specialty cocktails served with appetizers, live music, beer tasting, a food truck and a lineup of local food vendors, according to an announcement from Union Square Main Streets, which organizes of the market.

The market is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and according to the announcement, here's what's on offer:

Cocktails: Booze Epoque, from Cambridge, will be mixing fall-inspired cocktails, served with appetizers made from products found at the market. You need a ticket for this, which you can get here.

Beer: Pretty Things, based in Somerville, will be sampling some of its beers.

Music: Walter, from Walter and the Night Owls, will play acoustic guitar until 6 p.m. Afterward, Cold Chocolate will play funky bluegrass.

Food truck: Lefty's Silver Cart will be on hand to serve vegetarian fare.

Vendors: 11 vendors will be selling everything from mead to wine, chocolate, cheese and cookies.
