How Many Millionaires Live in Somerville?
Tax returns from 2011 show that Somerville lagged behind Cambridge, Boston and Newton when it comes to millionaires.

Twenty-six Somerville residents filed million-dollar tax returns in 2011, a 37 percent increase over the previous year.
That means that one out of every 2,965 residents filed a million-dollar return, reported the Boston Business Journal.
Somerville was short of the Massachusetts average by community, which was 51, but higher than the state median, which was 14.
It lagged way behind neighboring communities.
Boston (1,443 millionaire filers), Newton(957), Wellesley (685), Weston (467) and Cambridge (391) were the top five communities for millionaires, according to BBJ.
