4 Somerville Eateries Make Boston Magazine’s ‘Cheap Eats’ List

The magazine recently picked 26 'Cheap Eats' in the Boston area.

Four Somerville eateries recently made Boston Magazine’s “Cheap Eats” list.

The magazine picked 26 “Cheap Eats” in the Boston area ($15 or less). The list will run in the magazine’s February edition.

The Somerville selections:

  • A4 Pizza was selected for its “Late Night” options – thin-crust pizza slices are offered at half price from 11 p.m. until close at 1 a.m. (unless they run out sooner).
  • Taco Loco’s chicharron taco made the list. The pork taco is only $2.25.
  • Another pork taco, the al pastor taco at Anna’s Taqueria, was chosen. It’s $2.50.
  • Also making the list was Sarma’s slender beef slices with date molasses, fenugreek, cumin and red pepper for $6 under the “Jerky” category.
