Nave Gallery Opens Annex Space in Davis Square

The new gallery space opens with an exhibit called PICNIC.

Teele Square's Nave Gallery is opening the Nave Gallery Annex in Davis Square, according to an announcement from the gallery.

The Nave Gallery Annex will be 53 Chester St., and it's inaugural exhibit, PICNIC, begins Jan. 25, the announcement says.

There will be an opening reception that day from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the first 25 visitors will receive a gift from Cuppow, which is sponsoring the exhibit.
A closing reception takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 8.

The Nave Gallery Annex in Davis Square presents "PICNIC," a group exhibition curated by Jenn Harrington and Susan Berstler featuring the work of sixteen local and regional artists. The exhibit runs from January 25-February 8, 2013, with an opening reception on Friday, January 25, 2013, 6-9 p.m. and a closing reception and auction on Friday, February 8, 2013, 6-8 p.m. PICNIC is the inaugural exhibit of the Nave Gallery's secondary site—the Nave Gallery Annex—in Davis Square.
