Interactive Map of Public Art in Somerville
The map helps people walk through the city to see public art.
The Somerville Arts Council recently posted an online interactive map of public art in the city—the ArtMap.
The map includes over 100 pieces of artwork that are out there on the streets of Somerville, available for anyone to see for free.
To celebrate the launch of the map, the city is holding an event called Art in Action: A Walk to Explore and Create Public Art. It will take place on Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. at Foss Park.
