Five Things: Time Capsule, Diabetes Program

1) Somerville Time Capsule from 1950 to be Opened
There's a groundbreaking ceremony today at  Saint Polycarp Village. As part of the groundbreaking, the Somerville Community Corporation will be opening a time capsule created by second and third graders in 1950. The ceremony begins at 2 p.m.

2) Diabetes Self-Management at Mount Auburn Hospital
From the listing: "Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a free six-week program on diabetes self management. This program is designed for adults living with diabetes who want to learn more about disease complications, healthy eating, exercise choices, medication and dealing with stress." 4) Beginner Tango with Fernanda Ghi & Guillermo Merlo
