1) Bread and Roses Strike Centennial Performance
Storyteller Sharon Kennedy will present the tale of the Bread and Roses Mill Strike of 1912, in which 35,000 mill workers in Lawrence went on strike for better working conditions. The performance begins at 7 p.m. at the Somerville Public Library.
