Five Things: A Holistic Approach to Reducing Atmospheric Carbon, 'Wrap Around Project' Results

1) Climate Change: Is Holistic Land Management the Key?
This presentation by Allan Savory, a rancher and ecologist, explores some holistic methods he's developed to reduce atmospheric carbon through plant growth. It's at 2 p.m. at the Tufts University Fletcher School.

2) Rockland Trust Scholarships
Rockland Trust recently announced scholarships for local college students. The deadline for applications is March 15, and you can read more about it here.

3) Nave Gallery's "Wrap Around Project"
The Nave Gallery, which runs the "Wrap Around Project," a knitted goods sale to benefit the Somerville Homeless Coalition, raised $2,600 during its most recent fundraising effort, which ended in December, according to an announcement from the Somerville Homeless Coalition. Well done.

4) Color Scape Studio Opening Reception
