A Year Later Boston Remembers: "We Run Together"

Remembering the Boston Marathon bombing.

Today is the one-year anniversary of the bombings at the Boston Marathon that killed three people and injured more than 260.

Vice President Joe Biden, Gov. Deval Patrick, former Boston Mayor Tom Menino, and current Boston Mayor Marty Walsh are expected to attend a memorial service at the Hynes Convention Center today. Survivors of the attack will be honored.

A moment of silence will be held at 2:49 p.m., marking the time the first bomb went off last year.

The social media hashtags #WeRunTogether and #BostonStrong are being used to chronicle remembrances.
