Union Square Health Center Employee Speaks to Students at Massachusetts General Hospital

Dartmouth resident and recent Boston College graduate Katharine Torres has spent the past year working as a HealthCorps Navigator at the Union Square Health Center in Somerville. Katharine also generously volunteered her time to speak with high school students participating in the Massachusetts General Hospital Scholars program. Katharine shared insights about her work in health care and her college experience with the students. The HealthCorps Program is supported by the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and Partners HealthCare and has helped inform Katharine in her decision to pursue a degree in nursing.
