MEDFORD MOTHER/DAUGHTER ARTISANS SELL BEADED JEWELFRY TO BENEFIT ONE FUND AT SOMERVILLE'S "ASSEMBLED"

Mother daughter beading duo Sarah and Kayla Beardslee have become weekly regulars at Assembled: The Handmade Art Market at Assembly Row in Somerville.  After taking a jewelry making class at school, Kayla was bit by the beading bug and soon Sarah was hooked as well.  They turned their passion into a business, Beads by Beardslee, which allows them to experiment with new designs and techniques.  During their weekends at ASEMBLED guests are able to make their own bracelets using beads donated from around the country with all proceeds benefiting victims of the Boston Marathon Bombings.  Beads by Beardslee will be at the following ASSEMBLED dates: July 20th, August 10th and September 21st.
