1) Whole Foods Bread Breaking
The new Somerville Whole Foods on Beacon Street near Inman Square opens today with a "bread-breaking" ceremony at 9:45 a.m. The public is invited, and you can take a sneak peek at the store here
2) Beans + Brains with General Assembly and Clover Food Labs
Basically, you can get some free coffee and a crash course in technology stuff. It's at Clover Food Labs in Harvard Square starting at 9:30 a.m., with different classes all day.
3) First Day of School
Today is the first day of school for kids in Somerville's public school system. Welcome back.
