Wednesday: Ward 7, McGrath, Davis Square Meetings

1) Ward 7 ResiStat Meeting
Residents in Ward 7—West Somerville—can learn about what's going in their neighborhood at tonight's ResiStat meeting. It's at 7 p.m. at the West Somerville Neighborhood School, 177 Powderhouse Blvd.

2) McGrath Highway Meeting
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will discuss planned surface improvements along the McGrath Highway corridor. The meeting is at 6 p.m. at the Argenziano School, 290 Washington St.

3) Somerville by Design, Davis Square
The final Somerville by Design meeting for Davis Square, where residents can present ideas for the square's future, is tonight at 6:30 p.m. at The Center for Arts at the Armory.

4) Lyndell's Raises Money for the Sean Collier Scholarship Fund
In October, Lyndell's Bakery, in Ball Square, held a fundraiser for the Sean Collier Memorial Scholarship Fund. On Tuesday, the bakery presented a giant check to the Somerville Auxiliary Police for the scholarship fund. They raised, $6,200, according to the check. Well done.
