2) 20th Annual Old Time Baseball Game Former Red Sox player Lou Merloni will join top-notch baseball players from around Boston for a game that has all the sights, sounds and flavors of 1940s baseball. Players will wear throwback uniforms, and the event celebrates America's national pastime. The game is in Cambridge at St. Peter's Field on Sherman Street at 7 p.m.
3) A Bite of Brazil Part of the Somerville Arts Council's Nibble cooking program, Joe de Souza, owner of Modelo Bakery in Magoun Square, will teach people how to make some Brazilian food, including Brazilian barbecue.
