On this environmental holiday celebrating the New Year of the Trees, enjoy the different seasons of the year by tasting tree fruits, making fruit-inspired crafts, singing and dancing, all inspired by the traditional Tu B’Shevat seder. Event held on Sunday, January 20 from 10-11:30am at Kesher Center for Jewish Learning and Culture (13 Garden Court) in Somerville. Cost is $15 per family. Walk-ins are an additional $5 per family. More About Kesher Center for Jewish Learning and Culture
The Kesher Center for Jewish Learning and Culture provides families and residents of Cambridge and the surrounding area with education on the Jewish faith and culture, with classes and events designed to explore Judaism's various aspects. Hebrew language classes, bar and bat mitzvah preparation classes and more. Regular classes are designed for children in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade and summer camps are also available.
