The South American -flavored architecture, open floor space and spicy scents emanating from within make a welcoming atmosphere at Machu Picchu. Executive chef Rosy Cerna has put together a delectable menu of Peruvian and South American dishes, some of her own concoction. At the long, vast bar, diners can enjoy an after-dinner beer or cocktail, or one of the various wines in stock.
