Prenatal yoga class are especially designed for you during your childbearing year. During this exciting time many changes are happening for you as your baby grows. These classes specifically nurture you during this new and special time! We look to alleviate the common symptoms of pregnancy as you prepare to be a mom (for the first time or the 2nd....)
Classes are appropriate for those new to yoga or seasoned yoginis wanting to specifically nurturing yourself and your baby during your first months of being a new mom. Appropriate for all weeks of pregancy.
Devon is an experienced yoga teacher who teaches a creative class that attends to the common symptoms of pregnancy and supports you during your pregnancy year. She is knowledgeable with supporting your developing yoga practice and especially loves teaching new moms!

At O2 Yoga, tranquility meets fitness training. Special starter classes for beginners are offered as well as classes for advance practitioners. A schedule of events and workshops is frequently updated, so check the website for the latest news. Private and group classes are available seven days a week. You can even book your own appointments online. If you're coming back after an injury, trusted and experienced instructors will guide you through exercises designed to regain flexibility and strength.
