 mbridge Elder Services present a free six week workshop called &ldquo\;M
 y Life\, My Health.&rdquo\; This program is offered to adults who are li
 ving with\, or caring for someone with one or more persistent health con
 ditions. Participants can learn how to set and meet personal goals\, ide
 ntify and try out simple techniques that can improve your quality of lif
 e\, improve communication with your doctor\, handle stress and learn to 
 relax\, increase your energy level\, make choices about your treatment\,
  and have fun!\nThe Chronic Disease Self-Management Program was develope
 d by researchers at Stanford University Medical Center and has been prov
 en to help people just like you! Participants will receive a copy of the
  book &ldquo\;Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions\,&rdquo\; an
 d a relaxation CD.\nSessions will run from 1:00 pm &ndash\; 3:30 pm and 
 refreshments will be provided.
