DESCRIPTION:Parkour\, also known as l'art du d&eacute\;placement or freer
 unning\, was born in the&nbsp\;banlieues&nbsp\;(suburbs) of Paris in the
  1990s and has become one of the world&rsquo\;s fastest growing sports.&
 nbsp\; While often recognized from the fantastic images seen on YouTube\
 ,&nbsp\;movies\, or&nbsp\;television\, the sport/discipline/art form is 
 actually a form of movement that has roots in a wide variety of physical
  disciplines including gymnastics\, martial arts\, climbing\, and athlet
 ics. Practitioners\, known as&nbsp\;traceurs\, train to develop strength
 \, speed\, endurance\, precision\, spatial awareness\, dynamism\, and cr
 eativity\, in order to be as fluid\, functional and liberated as possibl
 e in physical movement and to overcome physical obstacles.&nbsp\; Traceu
 rs also develop a way of&nbsp\;thinking based on rigorous self-disciplin
 e\, autonomous action and self-will that allows them to overcome mental 
 obstacles related to their movements. &nbsp\;\nClasses are open to kids 
 of all fitness and parkour experience levels (Beginners welcome!) but&nb
 sp\;classes will focus on the basic techniques of parkour including vaul
 ting\, climbing\, and jumping while maintaining a fun and challenging at
 mosphere. &nbsp\;Classes will also include a number of exercises to impr
 ove strength and fitness levels which ensure the safe long-term practice
