The festival received rave reviews from the community, prompting Glovebox to make it an annual event. More About Somerville Theatre
Built in 1914, and the clear center of Davis Square, Somerville Theatre is at once a historical landmark and a modern movie house. The theater gets all of the new shows and also has quirky theme nights, like midnight showings of Indiana Jones or Rocky Horror, and 24-hour terror marathons.
The main theater also hosts a range of live musical acts; you can catch some legitimate indie bands every once in while. The cherry on top is the wide beer and wine selection.
