Friends of the Community Path, Monthly Meeting
The mission of the Friends of the Community Path is to link the Minuteman Bikeway and Charles River Path networks, by extending the Community Path along the future Green Line extension.
Our next monthly meeting will take place on Thursday, January 10th, 7-9PM at Visiting Nurse Association, 259 Lowell Street, Somerville, MA 02143. Our meetings are open to the public, and we welcome your participation and input.

More About Visiting Nurse Association
The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is a community health organization based in Somerville. Established in 1906, the VNA serves individuals throughout eastern Massachussetts. The VNA's mission is to "provide comprehensive, high quality, community based [health] services to the families in our communities at all stages of life."
Programs run through the VNA include home health care programs, the Visiting Nurse Assisted Living Community and nursing services.
