The Cambridge school of Oom Yung Doe is pleased to announce an Open House event & FREE Tai Chi seminar.
Tai Chi Chung develops inner strength, mental calmness, physical well-being, and overall health. This free seminar will teach powerful Tai Chi movements at a beginning level, geared towards stress relief, building the energy of the body, and improving physical and mental health.
This FREE Tai Chi lesson will be held at 1pm
Open house hours are from 12 - 3pm
