More About Fasika
Since 2005, Fasika has served up authentic and home-cooked Ethiopian fare. The spongy injera bread used to scoop up stew-like entrees is homemade. The spices are imported for just the right flavor. And meat eaters and vegetarians alike will find plenty to choose from here. Ethiopian wines and beer round out the meal.
An attached bar usually serves Ethiopian fare, but is known to offer free American dishes if an especially important game is on TV. After a few visits to Fasika, you will notice the recurring cast of die-hard fans.
