DESCRIPTION:The Elizabeth Stone House of Roxbury is teaming with the Bost
 on Blades Professional Women&rsquo\;s Hockey Team to help raise needed f
 unds and bring awareness to domestic violence issues that affect local f
 amilies.&nbsp\; The Elizabeth Stone House (ESH) is a family shelter and 
 community support center for families who&nbsp\;are&nbsp\;survivors of d
 omestic violence\, substance abuse\, mental health issues and homelessne
 ss.\n&nbsp\;The Boston Blades team will host a hockey game against the M
 ontreal Stars and part of the proceeds will support important programs a
 nd services provided by the Elizabeth Stone House.&nbsp\; The game will 
 take place on Sunday\, January 13th at 1:35 PM at the Veterans Memorial 
 Arena on 570 Somerville Ave. in Somerville. Tickets can be purchased in 
 advance or at the door.&nbsp\; The Boston Blades have generously agreed 
 to donate a percentage of all ticket sales to the Elizabeth Stone House.
 &nbsp\; &nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\n&ldquo\;We are thrilled to partner with The Bo
 ston Blades and be able to offer a fun event that can be enjoyed by loca
 l families\,&rdquo\; said Nancy Owens Hess\, Executive Director of The E
 lizabeth Stone House. &ldquo\;We are overwhelmed by their extreme genero
 sity to donate a portion of their ticket sales to support our programs f
 or families in need.&rdquo\;\n&nbsp\;\n&ldquo\;As a local women&rsquo\;s
  sports team\, we have always supported our local communities and issues
  that face them\,&rdquo\; said Boston Blades Manager and Head Coach\, Di
 git Murphy.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;We are proud to be able to support worthy org
 anizations like the Elizabeth Stone House\, and all that they do to help
  local families struggling with domestic violence and other issues.&rdqu
