Every week we provide both a beginner and an intermediate blues lesson with a different set of teachers. On the first Thursday of the month, we hold a Blues Clinic instead of the lesson. The instructors will make sure to work individually with everyone at the practice for a portion of the evening.
You can work on anything you want (vocabulary, connection, stuff you learned in the previous month’s classes, etc). Though no partner is required, we suggest you bring someone with whom to practice and try new things, since you will not be working with a teacher the entire time. The floor is beautiful, the vibe is chill, and we always have baked goods!
7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. - Intermediate Lesson
8:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Beginner Lesson
9 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Social Dancing

Home of the Tango Society of Boston, Dance Union has been open since June 2008. Owner Vicki Magaletta, who is also the president of the Tango Society, works diligently to bring a rotating coral of world-class instructors from across the globe to her Union Square establishment. Offering group and private lessons in tango, salsa and blues, Dance Union is open late into the night, its brightly lit dance floor visible from Bow Street a story below.
