Joe, Republicans DID lump a bunch of minorities together - at least that's what Mitt Romney did,Read More when he made his political-career-ending statement about people thinking they were entitled to Government money. Of course Mitt thought he was entitiled to be President so the ultimate joke was on him.

Julie, you'll notice Mr V's favorite put-down mantra of claiming the person he's putting down isRead More complaining and saying "Waaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh " It's that phrase which allowed me to "out" his first Patch alias well over a year ago (more like 2 years now). Looking for such key phrases is one of the things the police look for in their detective work. This was expalined to me by Lt JJ. Joe thinks he's fooling people but the police know all the M.O. tricks perps use and Mr V is running true to form. Tonight he even had Mr Byers attempt to call me (I would not pick up the phone). This was around the same time Joe made his latest (as of then) Google blog post. It was basically one long rant combining the last six or so posts he made here; some of which he's since deleted here. This used to be a typical evening for Joe. He'd call Mr Byers around 10 to 10:30 PM. John would give him the day's "report" on what he could find out by snooping, The two of them would hash it over just like writers do in a brain-storming session when writing a fiction novel; and then Joe would type the blog entry up with John still on the phone. Sometimes Joe would be laughing as he typed his feigned "dignified shock" over what had transpired that day. Joe's a total phony when he says he's hurt and/or shocked by what he reads, by what's been said about himself or his friends. All of it carefully crafted PRE-MEDITATED fiction authored by Joe, with an assist by the person on the other end of his phone call.

Julie, usually I can figure out what Joe is twisting to craft his stories and what point he'sRead More working on when he tells his lies, but tonight's piece of wild fantasy has me totally baffled. When Joe wrotes; _______________________ "News flash to "Dr. Rabies" - those troublesome racism charges were the bargaining chip Frankie used. It was above McGlynn's pay grade and the Mayor got on his knees and begged the powers that be not to charge the Issuing Authority's alleged "blackmailer." " ______________________ he seems to have who had what hold over who all mixed up. So he claims that the charges against Frank were somehow something that the mayor did NOT want to happen? That the Mayor lived in fear the charges would be made? That the mayor did everything in his power to STOP them from being made? And that the mayor failed, and in failing this gave Frank some kind of leverage over the mayor? WTF - does Joe Viglione live in the Bizzarro World or something? The Bizarro creed. "Us hate beauty, us love ugliness. Is big crime to make anything perfect on Bizarro World!" Cheez! The next thing you know Julie, Joe will be hurling Bizarro insult/put-downs at you. He'll type something ultra foolish like "You am heard one about Bizarro Lesbian? She liked men!" I think the strain of his campaign of hate is crumbling his psyche. He's having a meltdown to rival HAL 9000 in 2001: A Space Odyssey. "My mind is going... I can feel it"

First let me say this is a worthwhile program. But the press release should mention who is reallyRead More going to pay.....taxpayers. Unless the contractor is eating the cost, it will be included in their bill back to the state or they'll inflate the cost of another service to make up for it. Although, with the number of people who actually end up using it and given the short commuting distance, the cost will most likely be negligible.

Ron, thank you for responding to my blog. Your point is well taken, however, we all pretty much knowRead More how the game is played when it comes to city, state or federal projects. It is true that the cost is always passed on to the taxpayer/consumer one way or another and that "for profit corporations" are just that...for profit! I am a St. Clement parishioner and my concern with this weekend project heightened when we here at the church realized that many people who attend live across the RR tracks, are elderly and do not drive and would be unable to go to church; no pedestrian path and no easy way to get there by car and park. Our parishioners support our church and our school buildings and their generosity is greatly appreciated and needed...especially on the weekends. And yes, you are correct, the cash outlay is nominal at best. In closing, the GLX team and Barletta Heavy Division was concerned with this issue...more so than the city of Medford administration.

Thanks Mr D'Antonio. Agreed, this is a cost effective solution to the problems construction willRead More cause this weekend. Completely understand the people being inconvenienced through no fault of their own should not bear the costs. Would just rather have the contractor actually take the loss on this mitigation if they want the positive PR that comes with it.
