Why Go: Jeff Hadley from Ruby Wines will give out samples of wine cultivated in Massachusetts. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., a representative from Farnum Hill Cider will also share craft cider from New Hampshire.

'Of Seeds and Sun': A Meditative Concert with Libana

Why Go: Celebrate the equinox and pray for eternal peace with world music group Libana. The group with sing rounds and chants in a candlelit studio with the hope of creating a meditative atmosphere for the audience.

Richard Cambridge's Poetry Theatre

Why Go: Poets and artists will present their original works. The cost of admission to the event will go toward Books of Hope, a Somerville organization that helps youth publish poetry, novels, plays and memoirs.
