Each week until the end of the year, Patch is running a shopping tip contest.
All you need to do is offer a shopping tip in the comment section below and we’ll pick a winner at random each week.
Shopping tips can include sales or deals on anything: from supermarket bargains to sales on holiday gift items. And although we hope to find out about sales at local small businesses, large chain store deals are fine too.
Each week, we’ll announce a new winner, as well as list all of the great deals that were submitted to help you with your shopping.
For this week’s contest, all entries must be received by noon on Thursday, Dec. 29 (Eastern Time). This week’s prize: A $25 gift certificate to Salvatore's Restaurant in Boston's Theater District, Boston's Waterfront, or in Medford.
Please note: This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 and older. You may enter as many times as you like. All winners will be selected in a random drawing. Click here for complete Official Rules.

Look in Ming's supermarket for beautiful pashima and silk scarves in jewel colors for only $5. They are warm & wash beautifully.
Also for $5 you can get a chicken quesadilla with guacamole that rocks at ChaChaCha stand in Back Bay Station!

Great buys at Sparks in Malden Squate. Got gloves for the kids $1.00 each. Nana loved her special sweatshirt for Grandparents only $7.99!

Give Medford Square a chance...for banking, shopping at places like the Medford Sq. Sporting Goods Store, CVS, etc., and dining at Salvatore's, also in the Square. Good meatballs! : )

Alamo Roast Beef has the BEST cheeseburgers and AWESOME roast beef sandwiches. For the same prices as the so-called fast food places. Plus, most add-ons, such as lettuce and tomato, are free. Great selection of beverages, too!
