Medford Street flooded at School Street due to storm sewer overflow and Richdale Ave flooded between 10 and 14 Richdale Ave. At the height of the storm both manhole covers were shooting sewer water into the air.

Ouch! How awful! The idea of both manhole covers shooting sewer water into the air at the height of a storm is unheard of!
We got a pretty intense storm where we are, too, and boy, was it incredible for awhile. Than, it let up and then stopped, just about as quickly as it had gotten going. The weather's funny..especially around here!
