The Union Square area is getting a new donut shop Thursday.

Union Square Donuts, by the people behind Culinary Cruisers, makes donuts in flavors like chocolate chipotle, maple-bacon, and honey glazed with toasted almonds.

It officially opens its doors at 201 Somerville Ave. Thursday morning, according to the donut shop's Facebook page.

A Wednesday evening post said, "Big day tomorrow! We'll be open from 10am-8pm. Stop by for some delicious donuts."

It's in the same building as Kitchen Inc., sort of across the street from Target.
