A look at the most expensive homes sold in Somerville in 2012 shows that Davis Square is a million-dollar neighborhood. All the homes on this list are in the Davis Square area, and five cost more than $1 million.

This list includes single-family homes, condos and townhouses: homes that people buy to live in. It does not include multi-family homes, which are often bought as investment properties.
