Hiking the Middlesex Fells
Join a group that's hiking the southern part of the Fells. You'll take trails that will reveal views of Boston and, in the distance, the Blue Hills. Meet Saturday at the Bellevue Pond parking area, near 68 S. Border Rd., in Medford, at 10 a.m.
Printmania!
This ArtsUnion festival celebrates print and paper, including 'zines, comics, paper making, bookbinding, the letterpress and more. There will be an interactive stencil-cutting workshop, a bookbinding demonstration and a comics project. Plus, there will be live music. Printmania! starts at 3 p.m. Saturday at 90 Union Square.
The Wayout
The Wayout, a band from Rhode Island with accomplished jazz musicians, plays at The Center for Arts at the Armory Saturday at 7:30 a.m.
Davis Flea
The Davis Square flea market is on Sunday starting at 10 a.m. It's at Holland Street and Buena Vista Road.
Kids Street Band
A group of kids will play simple, danceable tunes from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at 155 Powderhouse Blvd.
