Friendly Ghosts Welcome Visitors to Milk Row Cemetery
Reenactors tell the tales of historic Somerville residents at Milk Row Cemetery. PLUS: Watch the slideshow to meet the ghosts!
UPDATED AT 12:25 p.m.
Friends of Historic Somerville donned britches and bonnets as they led the curious around Milk Row Cemetery during the SomerStreets Festival yesterday. The ghosts of Somerville stretched their creaky bones and extended ice cold hands to the public, welcoming them for a rare tour of the 19th century graveyard. The ghoulish guides told stories of their lives and deaths and even answered a few questions along the way.
Scroll down to the slideshow below to hear some of their stories.
