The Somerville High School trivia team takes on Lincoln-Sudbury Sunday night on WGBH's "High School Quiz Show."

The broadcast, which was taped in January, marks Somerville's second straight year on the trivia show.

"High School Quiz Show," hosted by Billy Costa, features the 16 best public-school trivia teams in the state. They compete in elimination rounds. If Somerville's team wins on Sunday's episode, it will move onto the next round. If it loses, the team will have to try its luck again next year.

Last year, the Somerville team lost in the first round to Rockport, but this year there are a number of older, returning members.

The show airs on WGBH, channel 2, at 6:30 p.m.
