What a drop in price for the Magoun Square house! When first put on the market, a $700K+ asking price came with it. Clearly, the economic situation in Magoun is having an impact on the housing market. Trull Street has also experienced condos being sold at under-$300K prices that have decent square footage. Lowell Street also had condos that were sold under-$240K just a hop, skip and a jump away from the proposed Green Line stop at the Lowell Street bridge.
