The P & K on Beacon St. on the Cambridge/Somerville line near the Beacon St. Shaws makes THE BEST SUBS. Braided rolls and freshest meats and condiments (onions, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers). Been going there for years and the quality has never wavered.

Oh come on really there's no comparison. Dave's is far superior. Just because Bob's sandwiches are huge doesn't make them better. Dave's pays serious attention to the quality of ingredients (and their sandwiches are still very big). There are a thousand Bob's around. There's only one Dave's. Seriously no comparison.

What about the Medford Deli in West Medford? By far, my favorite.

I second Medford Deli and the Italian sub at La Cascia (Medford) is the best I've ever had!

I haven't ever been to Bob's, but I do love Dave's for sandwiches and groceries. They have an excellent selection of local goods, cheese and wine.

You are both wrong the best subs are Victor's as a matter of fact everything is great although I luv them all ,always went to Bob's first he's been around the longest....
